Seeking Private Support / Short-Term Loan — 120,000 ETB

Hello everyone,

I am an Ethiopian entrepreneur looking for a private supporter or short-term lender who can help me with 120,000 ETB to overcome a temporary financial gap, complete the sale of my vehicle, and restart my business journey.

About two ago, I left my banking career because I wanted to build my own business. As my first step toward that goal, I invested my own money in a used minivan and started a delivery and deal-and-deliver service.

The business was operating, but unfortunately the vehicle suddenly developed a serious engine problem and required a major overhaul. Because I did not have enough cash at the time, the mechanic agreed to repair it on credit, with the understanding that I would pay the remaining amount later.

I have already paid part of the repair cost, but 60,000 ETB remains outstanding.

I am now trying to complete the vehicle sale and move forward. The amount I need is based on the following:

• 60,000 ETB — remaining mechanic fee • 35,000 ETB — essential living expenses during the transition until the vehicle is sold • 20,000 ETB — vehicle sale/transfer-related costs • 5,000 ETB — small contingency for unexpected expenses

Total requested: 120,000 ETB

I am not asking for additional startup capital. The vehicle itself represents my business capital. Once the vehicle is sold and the immediate obligations are settled, I intend to use the remaining value of the vehicle as the foundation for restarting my business.

My long-term goal is still to build a sustainable business in Ethiopia, starting from trading and growing step by step into larger businesses.

I am therefore looking for a genuine private supporter or short-term lender, particularly an Ethiopian diaspora member, entrepreneur, business owner, former colleague, or someone willing to support an entrepreneur through a temporary setback.

I am willing to provide reasonable verification privately, including:

• Identification and relevant documents • Vehicle information • A clear explanation of the vehicle sale plan • A written repayment agreement if the support is provided as a loan

I am not asking anyone to send money to an unknown person without verification. I am willing to establish my identity and circumstances privately and transparently.
